Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
Our teaching and support staff engage in ongoing spiritual development. Each staff meeting commences with prayer. Staff members participate in annual off-campus retreats. In recent years the retreats have focused on our patron, St Therese of Lisieux, on the four cornerstones of our faith — prayer, scripture, liturgy and service — and on a street retreat working with the homeless of the inner city.
